I am a member and participate in all their events I can. Richard Schmid Richard Schmid is my master. He is considered by many to be the greatest living painter. I find his work compelling and amazing. Kathryn StatsKathryn is one of the top landscape painters of our time. Beautiful rich color with a focus on the southwest. Brian RutenbergBrian Rutenberg is an abstract painter whose work I discovered in Chicago several years ago. I find his work original and very powerful. During 2003 I visted the Jerald Melberg gallery in Charlotte, North Carolina to view the Rutenberg show on exhibit. To sit in the gallery and view his large abstract landscapes was an experience that approached the spiritual. Marc BohneI was turned on to this artist by an art friend. I like his work and visit his site from time to time. |
